Bulk, Organization, and Conference Orders
Invite Ministries offers generous bulk order discounts to support churches, ministries, organizations, event hosts, and individuals seeking to distribute or resell our books. No sales tax ID or reseller documentation is required unless you are located in the state of Texas. Please send Tax Exempt form to info@inviteministries before completing order to remove taxes.
Bulk Discount Tiers
- 20–49 units: 20% off
- 50–99 units: 25% off
- 100–199 units: 30% off
- 200–299 units: 35% off
- 300–499 units: 40% off
- 500–999 units: 45% off
- 1000+ units: 50% off
How to Order
- Bulk orders can be placed directly through our website or by contacting Invite Ministries at info@inviteministries.org.
- All Bulk sales are final and are not eligible for returns.
- Authors may coordinate a bulk order for their church, ministry, or event. We trust our authors and value these partnerships—please use bulk ordering in alignment with these guidelines and not your individual author code for organizational or event orders.
Shipping & Taxes
- All bulk orders include a $10 shipping fee (in addition to standard shipping), which helps cover additional costs such as drop shipping taxes and handling.
- Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout unless a tax-exempt certificate is provided.
- For a seamless experience, please provide tax exempt status prior to ordering if you are located in the state of Texas to info@inviteministries.org.
Author Discount Code Policy
Invite Ministries provides each author a personal discount code for purchasing their own titles. The following guidelines apply:
Authors Only: Discount codes are strictly for use by the author. Sharing the code with others, including family, friends, event hosts, churches, or organizations—is not permitted. All sales are final.
Personal and Direct Author Sales: Authors may use their discount code to purchase books for:
- Personal use or reference
- Gifts
- Events, signings, and direct resale (where the author themselves is selling or distributing the books and receiving payment)
- Author’s own church or ministry, only if the author is the purchaser and the point of sale is direct (not through a church bookstore or other entity)
Not for Organizational or Bookseller Use: Discount codes may not be used by, or on behalf of, organizations, book tables managed by event hosts, bookstores (including church bookstores), or for bulk/wholesale orders where the author is not the direct seller.
Prohibited Uses: Codes may not be:
- Shared with others
- Used for bulk purchases by organizations or event hosts
- Used for orders where someone other than the author is the seller or distributor
Policy Enforcement: Repeat violations of this policy may result in revoking the discount code.

Shipping & Fulfillment Timelines
Order Processing Times
- Standard Orders (under 20 copies): Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship within the following business day.
- Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered books usually ship a few days before launch day, when possible. If stock is delayed, shipping may occur after the launch date and you will be notified by email.
- Bulk Orders (20+ copies): Please allow 2 weeks, on average, for bulk order processing and shipping.
Shipping Methods
- We ship via USPS and UPS.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Shippo, based on order size, weight, and destination.
Expedited Shipping
- Expedited and overnight shipping are available Monday through Thursday on orders placed before 3:30 p.m. Central. Additional fees apply as set by USPS or UPS. Quotes are available upon request at info@inviteministries.org
International Shipping
- We ship internationally. Rates and delivery times will vary by country; please request a custom quote for details at info@inviteministries.org
Shipping Delays
- If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you promptly by email.
Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Shipping on Return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on unused, non-discounted books returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer exchanges.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, here’s how our policy works:
Return Window
- Returns are accepted on non discounted items within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition for Returns
- Returned books must be unused.
Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted, bulk, and digital product sales (including ebooks, downloads, audiobooks) are final and non-returnable.
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges.
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Once your returned books arrive at our office, we will inspect them. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within approximately 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue or refund your purchase at no cost to you.

Taxes & Fees
Sales Tax
- Sales tax is applied at checkout for all orders shipped within Texas.
- Churches and organizations may qualify for tax exemption by providing a valid tax-exempt form before placing their order. If a tax-exempt form is not provided, 8.25% sales tax will be applied through our payment system.
Bulk, Organizational, and Drop-Ship Orders
- Taxes are removed from bulk or organizational orders only when a valid tax-exempt form is submitted.
- For drop-ship orders, Invite Ministries typically covers any taxes due.
Handling & Additional Shipping Fees
- There are no handling or extra shipping fees at this time beyond standard shipping and the $10 bulk order shipping fee.
International Orders
- International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and import taxes.
- Invite Ministries pays all associated fees for marketing purposes only.

Digital Policy
Digital Product Offerings
- Invite Ministries currently offers digital products including ebooks and digital downloads.
Delivery & Access
- Digital products are automatically added to your Invite Ministries account upon purchase.
- Customers can access their digital products by logging in to their account under “my account, my media”
Refunds & Returns
- All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Troubleshooting & Support
- If you experience difficulty accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at info@inviteministries.org for assistance.
- Please include your name, order number, and details about the issue.
International Orders
Shipping Availability
- Invite Ministries ships to any country where our books are allowed according to the destination country’s regulations.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- International shipping is available via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and destination.
Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes
- The customer is responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import taxes imposed by the destination country.
- These fees are set by your local authorities and collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Held Shipments
- If an international shipment is lost, delayed, or held in customs and not marked “delivered,” Invite Ministries will replace the shipment or issue a refund as appropriate.
- If a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, customers must contact the shipping company to resolve any delivery issues.
Eligible Items
- All products (books, merchandise, and digital items) are eligible for international shipping, unless otherwise noted.
Lost or Damaged Items
Reporting Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or damaged in shipping, please first check your tracking information and contact the shipping company you selected.
- If the shipment is not deliverable or is lost/damaged and not marked “delivered,” contact Invite Ministries at info@inviteministries.org within 2 weeks of the expected delivery date.
Replacement & Refunds
- Replacements or refunds will be processed for items lost or damaged during shipping.
- Please send pictures of damaged packages and items to info@inviteministries to initiate the refund.
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Changing or Canceling an Order
- Orders may be changed or canceled during business hours within 30 minutes of placement by emailing info@inviteministries.org with your order details.
- After 30 minutes and outside of business hours, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be changed or canceled.
After Orders Ship
- If your order has already shipped, you may return the items at your expense after they arrive, provided they meet our return requirements (see Returns & Refunds).
- Once your returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, or you may place a new order as needed.
