Susan Mahaney

Susan comes to Invite for a "time such as this."  Susan says her previous work and ministry experience has prepared her uniquely for this role. Shemost recently served as Communications Director at Anderson Hills Church in Cincinnati. In that role, Susan led internal and external communications for one of the largest Methodist churches in southwest Ohio.  Over the course of 17 years, she worked with current Invite authors, with a connection to Anderson Hills. 

Before living in Cincinnati, Susan and her husband, Chip, worked in tv news. Susan  was a news producer at WNBC-TV in New York City, Executive News Producer at WFAA-TV in Dallas, and three news stations in Oklahoma. 

Susan and Chip have returned to Dallas with his job as a journalism professor at Southern Methodist University. They have two grown children, Andrew and Sarah.
